Onboarding for Choir Members

Program Agreement and Enrollment

If you would like your child to participate in the Pereveslo Kids Program, it’s important to read and understand the Program Agreement. This document outlines the following key aspects of the program:

  • Class Schedule and Duration: Classes are held every Wednesday from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM, running from April 2 to June 18, 2025.

  • Payment Terms: A monthly fee of $60 is due before the first class of each month. Payment is non-refundable once made.

  • Attendance and Cancellations: Timely attendance is expected. If your child cannot attend a class, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. One class per month may be rescheduled with prior notice.

  • Parental Responsibilities: Parents must ensure their child’s timely arrival, inform the Service Provider of any special needs or medical conditions, and make timely payments.

By signing this agreement, you confirm your understanding of and commitment to these terms. Please sign and return the agreement to our email to confirm your child’s spot in the program.

We’re excited to offer parents a Voucher for exclusive benefits related to the program. The voucher can be used for discounts on future lessons, events, or special offers. Library access for choir members

As a member of the choir, your will have exclusive access to our Library filled with educational resources, practice materials, and more. To access the Library, please use the password provided to you. This access is available only to registered choir members, and we encourage you to make the most of these resources to support your child's learning.
